Does DukaCart offer pay on delivery?
Yes. At DukaCart you pay the rider in cash when your parcel reaches you, anywhere in Kenya. Nothing is charged when you place the order — no card, no M-Pesa deposit, no prepayment.
Where does DukaCart deliver in Kenya?
DukaCart delivers countrywide — Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret, Thika, Machakos, Meru, Kakamega, Kisii and every county in between — through trusted courier partners, with free delivery and no minimum order.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are packed within one working day. Delivery then takes 1–2 working days in Nairobi and the major towns, and 2–5 working days for the rest of the country.
What happens after I place an order?
Our team calls you on the number you gave us to confirm the order, the items and the delivery address. Once confirmed, the parcel is packed and handed to the courier, and you can follow it on the order tracking page at DukaCart.
Can I return a product if it is not what I expected?
Yes. You can return or exchange an item within 15 days of delivery, as long as it is unused and in its original packaging. Contact us first so we can arrange the collection.
Do I have to pay before the parcel arrives?
No. You inspect the parcel at your door and pay the rider in cash only after you have received it. If you decide not to take it, you pay nothing.
Are the prices on DukaCart the final prices?
Yes. The price you see on the product page is the amount you pay, in Kenyan shillings, including tax. Delivery is free, so there is nothing added at checkout.
